False Advertising

I just saw a commercial for Johnsonville sausage that told me that if I make meatballs with this sausage then those “meatballs will change your life.” I don’t know if it’s just the fact that I haven’t eaten meat for five years, but that seems like a huge claim to make for some pre-packaged sausage. Are people allowed to make bombastic statements like that? Or should they put a disclaimer at the bottom similar to those *professional stuntment: do not try this at home warnings only this one would say *warning: this sausage may not actually be life altering. Is there such a thing as false advertising anymore as long as it’s not a truck doing a barrel roll on a ski slope?
